Honey Sweetened Rosemary Garlic Pizza Dough

There’s something undeniably satisfying about making your pizza from scratch. Pizza is the perfect vessel for a fridge clean out (all those veggies you over compensated for at the market). And is a no-brainer for getting kids involved with cooking. I love cooking it on a summer night, on the grill, to get an extra thin and crispy pizza crust.

If you’re looking to elevate your pizza game, then here’s your recipe for a naturally sweetened and savory Rosemary Garlic Pizza Dough.

5. First Rise:

  • Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm, draft-free place for a min of 30 mins or until it has doubled in size.

6. Shape the Dough:

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.
    • Summer nights also called for a grilled pizza!
  • Punch down the risen dough and divide it into the desired number of pizza crusts.
  • Roll out each portion into your preferred pizza shape.

7. Add Toppings:

  • Now comes the fun part! Add your favorite pizza toppings. Whether it’s classic Margherita or something more creative, the choice is yours.
