In a large mixing bowl add warm water (105-110 degrees F), honey and yeast, stir to combine. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
Add the olive oil and rosemary garlic butter, gently stir to combine.
Add the flour and salt, mix until a ball of dough begins to form.
Roll dough out onto a lightly floured surface and begin to knead. Knead for 3 minutes, adding a little bit of flour as needed if it starts to get sticky.
Once the 3 minutes is up, wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let rest at room temperature for a min 30 minutes or until dough doubles in size.
Separate dough into 2 dough balls. Roll out to make pizza or freeze dough balls. You can also roll out to desired size, poke generously with a fork and *Parbake for 7 min at 400 until surface of crust is dull*. Then freeze or add toppings and cook to enjoy.
