Homemade Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam

Iced Coffee with Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam

Starbucks Copycat Recipe – Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam

Pumpkin spice season is officially upon us, and if you’re a pumpkin lover, you know this is the best time of year!

I drink decaf coffee. I am always trying to find a decaf option for cold brew coffee so that I can still enjoy the cold foam too. This recipe uses all natural flavors with simple ingredients. Whole foods like raw honey are used to sweeten this pumpkin cold foam; unlike the Starbucks version which uses refined sugars. Pin this recipe card and make it a staple for every pumpkin season to come!

Homemade Decaf Cold Brew Recipe

To enjoy this pumpkin foam with a decaf option, I make my own cold brew:

  1. Brew a pot of decaf espresso.
  2. Let it cool to room temperature and refrigerate
  3. Refrigerate overnight for best results. And use within 3-5 days.

Your own cold brew coffee pairs perfectly with this pumpkin foam recipe. It’s sure to become your next favorite iced coffee. And the best part is it can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.

Simple Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam Recipe

It’s always a treat when our local dairy, Hammertime Hollow has heavy cream available. The past couple of weeks they have come through. It has been the perfect time to create my own cold foam recipe for the fall season.

Cold Foam Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cream or heavy whipping cream from the grocery store
  • 1/4 cup raw honey (adjust to taste; honey flavors vary)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Directions

  1. Pour cream, honey, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice in a mason jar or mixing bowl.
  2. Whip with a handheld mixer, handheld milk frother, or stand mixer until thick. It will come to a whipped cream consistency and should stand on its own.
  3. Store any leftover cold foam in a mason jar with a lid or an airtight container in the fridge.

Serving Suggestions for your best First Sip

  • Spoon the cold foam over the top of the coffee, homemade cold brew, or your favorite fall drink.
  • Great on hot drinks too: Let it melt into a hot coffee for a cozy twist.
  • Try a dollop on pumpkin pie for more pumpkin flavor.

Enjoy Your very own homemade pumpkin cream cold brew!
