Homemade Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw cream or heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup raw honey adjust to taste; honey flavors vary
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
 

  • Pour cream, honey, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice in a mason jar or mixing bowl.
  • Whip with a handheld mixer, handheld milk frother, or stand mixer until thick. It will come to a whipped cream consistency and should stand on its own.
  • Store any leftover cold foam in a mason jar with a lid or an airtight container in the fridge.
